Representatives of mental health services (any type), students and others interested in the matters of mental health.

Language
The official language of the Festival is Russian. The support language is English. Consecutive translation will be provided at all events with foreign leaders and participants. All the materials published shall come in Russian and English.

Time and Venue
The Festival shall be held January 7-11, 2020, at the business hotel Cintinent, City of Stavropol, Stavropol Region, Russia.

Weather

Winter is the time when miracles get a little closer. A sparkling snow cover envelops the earth, turning everything around into an illustration for a good fairy tale. Nature is completely transformed at this time of year. 

The weather in early January is frosty and sunny. On the street, you can feel invigorating freshness, the snow-capped hills magically sparkle in the rays of the January sun.
